Starting February 13^th, 2010

REGISTRATION TIME:
4:00pm - 8:00pm

SESSION DURATION:
May 24^th, 2010 - August 28^th, 2010

SESSION FEE:
1^st child - $110
2^nd child - $100
3^rd child and beyond - $90 each
Age 15 and Over - $80 per child

Practice Time Schedule: Every Tuesdays and Fridays

Included with Registration Fee: Uniform (Jersey, shorts & stocking), Trophy, Soccer & full of fun

BRING EQUIPMENT BAG, AND THE FOLLOWING, TO EVERY PRACTICE:

Enough water bottles and small towel/washcloth for drying off.
Shin guards (mandatory).
Remove all jewellery, watches, earrings, and chains.

NOTE: Please fill out the Registration Form for each family and Participant Agreement Form for each child.
