REGISTRATION DATE AND TIME:
Starting October 15th, 2011.
Saturdays 4:00pm-8:00pm

SESSION DURATION:
October 15^th, 2011 - March 24^th, 2012

SESSION FEE:
1^st child - $120
2^nd child - $110
3^rd child and beyond - $100 each

Practice Time Schedule: Every Saturdays
Father Michael McGiveny Academy (McCowan Rd. and 14^th Ave.)

Included with Registration Fee: Uniform (Jersey, shorts & stocking), Trophy, Soccer & full of fun

BRING EQUIPMENT BAG, AND THE FOLLOWING, TO EVERY PRACTICE:

Enough water bottles and small towel/washcloth for drying off.
Shin guards (mandatory).
Remove all jewellery, watches, earrings, and chains.

Parents - Please arrive 15 minutes early and stay until practices/games are done to pick up your kids

NOTE: Please fill out the Registration Form for each family and Participant Agreement Form for each child.
